PowerUp Your School® is an exercise program for elementary and middle school students that provides a full-body workout by practicing spelling words, math problems, and even vocabulary all aligned with the Common Core State Standards. Lesson plans are grouped by grade level.
PowerUp Your School
PowerUp™ Fitness classes are designed for fitness facilities and health club members 6-12 years old. It's a group fitness class just for kids! Participants will learn of variety of new exercises and activities to PowerUp their strength and cardiovascular endurance.
PowerUp Fitness Classes
Think PowerUp™ Fitness Classes pint sized! PowerUp Peanut Classes are an extension of PowerUp Fitness Classes but are designed for children 2-5 years old. Healthy fitness habits begin early in life, PowerUp Peanut classes focus on motor development, combine exercise & education while making fitness fun!
