We have a variety of programs that give children the opportunity to become more active, boost their focus, increase their overall coordination, and build a foundation for healthy habits through physical activity.
These fitness programs are designed to keep kids engaged and boost their self-esteem, all while having fun. Children require a different approach to fitness, so we have specifically tailored our training programs for kids’ fitness. Our online instructor training and easy-to-use lesson plans empower PowerUp instructors to confidently use the PowerUp programs. This means your child’s instructor will know exactly how to implement healthy exercise habits while keeping the fitness activities safe and exciting for kids.
